Track star faces choiceKITCHENER — Canada’s fastest teenager has a decision to make. Devon Rittinger hopes to land a full track and field scholarship in the United States, but his personal-best time of 10.56 seconds over 100 metres is just shy of what NCAA Division 1 schools are looking for. His PB is good enough for a partial package at an assortment of Canadian and U.S. schools, but it’s not quite the 10.35-second barrier needed to all but guarantee an all-expenses paid education at an elite American school.
